We process the personal information that is required for the above purposes and when they are not collected directly from the person whose data is being processed by the lessee, driver 1 or driver 2.
We process personal information that is required for the purposes listed above and which are listed in the Privacy Policy.

PRIVACY AND CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA RECEIVER

Personal data may be provided in some cases to the public bodies of the Republic of Croatia and the Republic of Croatia European Union countries if asked by authorities. In some situations, it is required by police to send data about the driver of the rented vehicle in case of a traffic violence.

WHY IT IS REQUIRED TO PROVIDE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Providing your personal information is required to complete and fill in the rental contract and if you do not provide the information that is necessary for a particular type of contract, we will not be able to conclude the rental contract.

In some cases, personal data are transmitted to service providers outside of Europe Economic Space (EES). In such case, the transfer of personal data will take place only if The European Commission has confirmed that a third country meets a certain level of data protection or if there is adequate information security in accordance with applicable law. You have the right to obtain information and, if applicable, a copy of protective measures adopted for the transfer of personal data outside EES by contacting the Data Protection Officer.

Right to Access - You can request access to your personal information and verify that your is processed personal data.

Pravo na ispravak – možete zatražiti da EURO STIL J.D.O.O. ispravi osobne podatke koji su netočni ili da
dopuni osobne podatke koji su nepotpuni.

Pravo na brisanje (pravo na zaborav) – možete zatražiti da EURO STIL J.D.O.O. izbriše Vaše osobne podatke
ako je ispunjen jedan od sljedećih uvjeta:

1. osobni podaci više nisu nužni u odnosu na svrhe za koje su prikupljeni ili na drugi način
   obrađeni;
2. uložite prigovor automatiziranom donošenju odluka, a ne postoje jači legitimni razlozi za
   obradu, ili uložite prigovor obradi za izravan marketing;
3. osobni podaci su nezakonito obrađeni;
4. osobni podaci moraju biti izbrisani obvezom temeljem prava Europske unije ili temeljem
   prava i propisa Republike Hrvatske

Pravo na ograničavanje – možete zatražiti da Euro stil j.d.o.o. ograniči način na koji obrađuje Vaše
osobne podatke ako je ispunjeno jedno od sljedećeg:

1. osporavate točnost Vaših osobnih podataka, tijekom razdoblja koje omogućava Euro stil j.d.o.o
   da provjeri točnost Vaših osobnih podataka;
2. Obrada je nezakonita i protivite se brisanju osobnih podataka i umjesto toga zahtijevate
   ograničavanje njihove upotrebe;
3. Euro stil j.d.o.o. više ne treba osobne podatke za potrebe obrade, ali su Vama potrebni radi
   postavljanja, ostvarivanja ili obrane pravnih zahtjeva;
4. Uložili ste prigovor na obradu na temelju prava na prigovor automatiziranom donošenju
   odluka do provjere nadilaze li naši legitimni interesi Vaše interese

U slučaju da ste tražili ograničavanje obrade, Euro stil  j.d.o.o. će Vas izvijestiti prije nego ograničenje
bude ukinuto.

Prava na prenosivost – možete zatražiti da Euro stil j.d.o.o. prenese osobne podatke koje ste nam
pružili, drugom voditelju obrade i/ili zatraži primitak Vaših osobnih podataka u strukturiranom,
uobičajeno upotrebljavanom i strojno čitljivom formatu.
Pravo na prigovor – možete podnijeti prigovor na obradu Vaših osobnih podataka od strane Euro stil
j.d.o.o. za izravan marketing ili, u drugoj situaciji u skladu s propisima Republike Hrvatske, dajući

Your personal information you have provided as a party for the purpose of concluding and fulfilling a lease agreement for a vehicle, are kept as long as necessary to achieve the purpose for which we handle them. Criteria based on which we determine the period of retention of personal data is solely the purpose of collecting, the term of the lease contract, the statutory limitation of claims prescribed by law or a specific provision or another law obliging us to keep certain data for a certain amount of time.
